Lori helped me plan a trip to Switzerland and Italy. I gave her an outline of what my husband and I wanted to see and do. She fine-tuned it and made some wonderful recommendations. We started in Zurich, then to Zermatt to see the Matterhorn. Traveled to Milan to see the "Last Supper" and ended in Florence for a family celebration. Hotel reservations in 4 cities, eurail pass, activities and tours; she did it all! Best was the recommendations for the Glacier and Bernina Express trains. Thanks to Lori's knowledge of this we had a remarkable trip through the Alps up close.  Lori checked in with us throuhout the trip and sent us flight updates for our trip home.  It's fun planning a trip with Lori's help
